I started our first server the week experimental server code was released to the public. Click on Community to open the Community Server tab. This is a server with No Mods, just Vanilla Rust, like the official servers, but active admins and a good, fast, United Stated (Dallas) based server host. The name of this server is '- Rust in Peace - US, TX - 2/8', a 500-slot community server.Just go to the website and you can see if any Steam servers in your area are malfunctioning.
If the Steam Connection Manager servers are down, Steam Auth Timeout Rust may happen. The first thing you should do is to check if Steam is dealing with a server issue that may impact the game's stability.
